HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?

Couples Counseling

  • Intake & Assessment (1.5 hours): $225

  • 50 minute session: $150

  • 80 minute session: $225

Individual Counseling:

  • Intake & Assessment: $175

  • 50 minute session: $135

  • 80 minute session: $200

Additional Services

  • 50 minute consultation: $120

EEG Neurofeedback Therapy

  • QEEG Brain Map: $750

  • Neurofeedback Session: $90 -$130

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Cash, checks, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards. All payments are due at the time of service. Some insurance is accepted.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Historically, insurance companies enforce limitations of care that do not benefit the client or the clinician. Therefore, the majority of my clients choose cash-pay options. If your insurer has Out of Network benefits, I will gladly provide clients documentation necessary to submit for reimbursement. I am Certified Out of Network with Tricare.

Recently, I have found a more helpful way to contract with insurance companies that allows for mental health needs to be met. As a result, I now accept United Healthcare, Aetna, Optum, and Oscar.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand life happens. Schedule changes can be made free of charge if the therapist is given a minimum of 24 hours notice. To honor everyone’s time, late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments are charged at 100% of the session fee.
